Shri Braj Chaurasi Kos Yatra – 2026

11 December 2026 – 17 December 2026

(7-Day Divine Braj Pilgrimage & 84-Kos Parikrama)

Dear Devotees, Jai Shri Krishna!

With the divine blessings and holy guidance of Shrimajjagadguru Lalitamba Peethadheeshwar Pujyapad Swami Shri Jayaram Devacharya Ji Maharaj, we warmly welcome you to the Shri Braj Chaurasi Kos Yatra 2026.

The sacred Braj Chaurasi Kos is the eternal and transcendental abode of Shri Radha-Krishna. More than a pilgrimage, it is a divine spiritual journey that offers devotees an opportunity to experience the sacred pastimes (Leelas) of Lord Krishna, deepen their devotion, receive the blessings of saints, and attain inner peace and spiritual fulfillment. Every particle of Braj, every forest, every sacred pond (Kund), every hill, and every temple is sanctified by the divine presence and pastimes of Shri Radha and Shri Krishna.

According to the scriptures, when Nanda Baba and Mother Yashoda wished to visit all the sacred pilgrimage sites, Lord Krishna manifested the essence of all holy places within the 84-Kos Braj Mandal through His divine Yogamaya. Therefore, performing the Braj Chaurasi Kos Parikrama with sincere faith and devotion is believed to bestow the spiritual merit of visiting numerous sacred pilgrimage sites. Devotional practices such as chanting the Holy Name, charity, service, Gau Seva (service to sacred cows), Yamuna worship, and Satsang performed in Braj are considered immensely auspicious and spiritually rewarding.

Great saints and acharyas, including Shri Uddhava Ji, Shri Vallabhacharya Ji, and Shri Chaitanya Mahaprabhu, have glorified the significance of Braj Yatra and described it as one of the highest paths to attain the grace of Shri Radha-Krishna. This pilgrimage is not merely about visiting holy places; it is a transformative spiritual experience that awakens divine love, devotion, humility, and surrender.

Purpose of the Yatra

The primary objective of this sacred pilgrimage is to provide devotees with the opportunity to visit the divine pastime places of Shri Radha-Krishna, receive the blessings of revered saints, and participate in Hari Naam Sankirtan, spiritual discourses, Satsang, Gau Seva, and Yamuna Pujan, thereby strengthening their spiritual journey and devotion.

During the Yatra, devotees will visit the sacred sites of Vrindavan, Govardhan, Barsana, Nandgaon, Gokul, Mahavan, Radha Kund, Shyam Kund, Vanshivat, Cheer Ghat, the holy Yamuna River, and many other divine places associated with the pastimes of Shri Radha and Shri Krishna.
